Amino P is perfect for intra-workout, for timing we recommend you would start to consume Amino G 30 minutes before the gym and enjoy the rest during training. 

How to use: Mix one serving with 350-500ml of cold water.

Tip: treat it a bit like squash/cordial and mix it with as much water as you like the taste.

If the order is made before 2pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and delivered on the next working day* 
If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange redelivery.
